Congratulations to Sébastien Dubuc, our Team Piché star for the month of June! Sébastien has been a buyer with us since last December. He previously held a buyer position for 9 years at ITR Montréal, a related company. He stood out for the quality of his work, his dedication, and his availability.

Why did you decide practice your profession in the construction industry?

“I studied to be an architect and quickly realized that I would like the execution part more than the design part. So I decided to change course and get in line to be a project manager or on-site assistant for architects and that's when I had the opportunity to take care of purchasing at ITR. . After a few weeks I had really found the right department for me, I was doing everything I love about architecture and on top of that, I felt a lot more useful in the execution of projects."

What do you like most about your job?

“Every day is different, always new demands and new challenges. Never a moment to wonder if I am really in my place or to find the time long. I learn every day, which makes my days so much more interesting."

What do you like most about your experience at Groupe Piché?

“THE TEAM, you are an amazing team. You really feels like part of the family. Everyone works together to move the company forward. No matter what problem you encounter, you can always count on each other to find the solution. Teamwork has always been a key to success for me, and you do it very well at Piché."
