Congratulations to Sylvain, our Team Piché star for March ! Sylvain has been a foreman for our Ottawa office for 41 years. Sylvain is an example to follow, thanks to his planning skills and work ethic. He is highly appreciated by our customers his colleagues. He proudly contributes to the success of Groupe Piché.

Why did you decide to practice your profession in the construction industry?

When I was 12, I knew I wanted to work in construction like my father.

What do you like most about your job?

The challenge, the difficulty of a project.

Understanding and listening of everyone. The relationship between the employees and our bosses.
