Congratulations to Marcel, our Team Piché star of the month of November ! Marcel started at Groupe Piché by working on site. After a few years, he was approached to be a project manager. Marcel is very appreciated by his peers and the company considers itself privileged to be able to have him by its side. He shares his knowledge and experience with his co-workers. Why did you decide practice your profession in the construction industry?

It’s a job that is not routine. I like it when it moves a lot and I like the manual side a lot.

What do you like most about your job?

With each new project, there are new challenges, new plans, new working partners. It's the diversity I love.

 What do you like most about your experience at Groupe Piché?

Groupe Piché gives everybody a chance, if I can put it that way. The company allows us to try several positions, to evolve and it is really appreciated.
