Why did you decide to work in the construction industry?

“I chose the construction field because I like working by project. As the work progresses, we can see concrete results. Having several people collaborating together towards a common goal makes the end result even more impressive.”

What do you like most about your job?

“What I love most about my job is that every day is different as each project is unique and contains its own challenges. I also like being able to solve new problems that I haven’t had the chance to face yet. This is for me an opportunity to surpass myself and the chance to gain new knowledge.”

What do you like most about your experience at Groupe Piché?
”Several things make me like my experience at Groupe Piché, but the main elements are the diversity of the projects, the friendly atmosphere, mutual support between colleagues and flexibility.”
