The Desjardins Business Centre boasted eye-catching architectural design but faced a major challenge: the low load-bearing capacity of the ground on which it was to be built. The solution? Build it on a piled foundation. Our project managers and foremen applied their experience and expertise to overcome the challenges on and in the ground to deliver this building project on time.
